Q: I forgot my password. How do I log in?
A: On the Homepage, where you have the Job Seeker's Login, "Click on forgot password" it will take you to the Forgott Your Password- Job Seeker page, Then enter your Email, with the generated Code, and then Submit for your password to be sent to the Email address you used during Registration.

Q: I forgot my username. How do I log in?
A: Your username should be your email address. If that's not working, contact us at admin@getemployedfast.com

Q: How do I change my password?
A: Go to View/Edit Profile after Logging in to your account at getemployedfast.com, Then click on Edit, Then change your password and click Update.

Q: How do I change my email address?
A: You can NOT change your email address.

Q: How do I update my Profile?
A: Go to View/Edit Profile after Logging in to your account at getemployedfast.com, Then click on Edit, After Editing you the Click Update.

Q: Will my contact information be sold to any third parties?
A: Getemployedfast.com does not disclose to any third party your name, address, email address, or telephone number without your consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws, or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. Q: I'm not looking for a job anymore. Should I cancel my account and remove my resumes?
A: To Cancel your Account, please send a mail to admin@getemployedfast.com, and we will cancel your Account withen 48hrs.

Q: Why should I create a Profile?
A: Your Profile contains a collection of professional and personal details that is used to match you to job opportunities and personalized career advice - and to help you create your CV. A completed Profile & CV lets you customize your Getemployed.com homepage, see recommended jobs based on your interests, and even compare your career progress with others in your profession.

Q: Can I use my Employer username and password for my Seeker account?
A: No. These are two separate accounts.

Q: Does my account expire?
A: Your Account will expire when your Plan expires.

CV / Resume

Q: How do I create a CV on Getemployedfast.com?
A: You can create your CV by using our CV Wizard, which is located in your inbox at getemployedfast.com account. After filling the questionaire in the CV wizard, you will find at the bottom of the CV questionaire, where you will write your Letter of Employment for the desired job to the Employer; after this then click Update to create your CV. Getemployedfast.com CV wizard builder is the quickest and most effective way to create your CV / resume online. When you're done, you can preview you CV / resume and or you can re-edit your CV / resume whenever you'd like.

Upload my resume

This option allows you to upload your existing resume so employers can access, view, and print your resume in Word. If you've already created and saved a Word version of your resume, this may be the choice for you.

Note: When you upload a resume on Getemployedfast.com, you are not allowed to include your contact details or Telephone number, if you do include these details, your Resume will not be uploaded for employers to view.

Q: How do I add more information to my resume?
A: After you complete the initial CV / resume steps, you can view your posted CV / resume. At this point, you can edit individual sections and add more career-related information. You can update your CV / resume at any time by going to the CV wizard or View/Edit Profile to edit your Profile.

Q: How can I change my Location & Phone Number on my Profile?
A: You can edit Location & Phone Number anytime, by going to the View/Edit Profile in your inbox at getemployedfast.com

Job Search

Q: How do I search for jobs on getemployedfast.com?
A: You can Search or Browse for jobs by selecting the Industry and the Location, if you are not sure of the Location yet, you can equally choose under Location "Any Location" in the options menu. In order to have a large access to available jobs, you do not need to enter a Keyword.

Q: How can I get more relevant search results?
A: The search results, will show you jobs in the selected industry and selected location, after clicking one of the jobs for more details, underneat the details are more job type closer or similer to the selected job you choose to read more details about.

Q: What do the numbers on top of each job description mean?
A: These numbers are the serial code for each job ad.

Q: Why aren't there more results in my search?
A: There might be too many words in the Keywords field. Try single words or leave vacant; Or expand your Location radius, try a different but similar industry.

Q: How can I get more information about a job posting?
A: Employers post their own jobs and are responsible for the content. Try getting in touch with the company by sending them an email request.

Q: What do Interviews mean?
A: Interviews are where you will find messeages from companies who are satisfied with your profile, and would liek to interview you for the vacant position.

Q: What are the contants in the Interviews?
A: The interview mail will contain the name of the Company, contact information, Location and Time for the Interview. And the needed documents you will need to come along with. The Interview mail is sent to your account at getemployedfast.com by the Employer.

Q: Where can I find the salary information for a job?
A: Not all employers include salary information with their job postings. When the salary is included, you can see it in two places:

On the Job View page for the job among the top details.   & On the Job Description page at the bottom of the page.

Q: Why isn't salary information available for all jobs?
A: Not all employers include salary information with their job postings.

Q: Does Getemployedfast.com ensure that job postings are from reputable companies?
A: We want our job seekers to have a safe job search environment. Getemployedfast.com Terms of Use prohibits the posting of any job opportunity that requires an up-front or periodic payment. However, in special circumstances, such as work-from-home jobs, Getemployedfast.com may allow a company to post opportunities that require an up-front fee. Before doing so, Getemployedfast.com requires these companies to agree and adhere to a variety of standards and measures designed to protect Getemployedfast.com's job seekers, including clear disclosure of the fees involved and a reasonable refund policy. If it is brought to our attention that a company is not disclosing an up-front fee, or a company asks the job seeker to participate in any fraudulent activity, then Getemployedfast.com will remove these job postings. Getemployedfast.com acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities and for candidates to post resumes. Q: How do I know if a job posting is legitimate?
A: All Employers are registered on Getemployedfast.com with their company's full details and Contact Information; And can only use their account at Getemployedfast.com to communicate with Job seekers registered at getemployedfast.com. And all employers have been Verified before placing their Post for Job Vacancy on getemployedfast.com.

Q: How can I report a questionable job posting?
A: Send an Email to admin@getemployedfast.com to report a questionable job posting.

Payment

Q: What Type of Card is Allowed?
A: Visa, Master, Debit Card, Credit Card and ATM Card.

Q: If I put in my Card Details, and my server went down during the transaction process, should I re-try again immidieatly?
A: No, First you must contact the billing department at billing@getemployedfast.com to know if the transaction went through, if it not, you will be advised to try again.

Q: Are there any hidden charges apart from the subcription fee?
A: No there are no hidden additional fee. Getemployedfast.com only charge your Card according to the subcription package you selected.

Q: Can I terminate a transaction while it is still in process?
A: No you can Not, bcause the transaction might have gotten through, and if you did not wait for the server to reply, the paymeny will be made and your subscription will not be valid.

Q: Will my Card be charged every month to re-new my membership:
A: No, You can only be used by you, You can re-new your membership yourself from your inbox at getemployedfast.com.

Q: If i am having problems using my Card, can I provide my card details to a customer service agent via chat or over the phone?
A: No, Credit Card and Debit Card details are only to be transmitted between you and GT online payment gateway.

Q: Can I Use Someone Else's Credit Card and Debit Card for my Registration?
A: Yes you can, only if the original owner Authorises the use of his/her card. Any Card that does Not match the name of the user will be forwaded to the bank for verification. And if it returns with an Un-Authorize user, the Account will be deactivated Immidieatly, and our mechant will return the charges back to the card that was used, And if such frudulant steps repeats its self again, that account owner will be reported to the Authorities.

Q: Can I collect cash as a return payment made for my subcription though my Credit Card and Debit Card?
A: No, any return charges are sent back to the same card used for the payment only. Getemployedfast.com will not make any payment to any account, or make liquid cash available for pick up. However if you made your payment througgh bank deposit, and want to cancel your membership before account activation, you are to send a copy of the teller you use in paying and your name to billing@getemployedfast.com where you will be given steps to follow.

Q: Is my Card details transmited to a third party?
A: No you Card details is only between you and GT online payment gateway.

Q: Once my Payment is successful, can i access my account at getemployedfast.com immidetaly?
A: Yes you can if your payment is by Credit/Debit/ATM Card. And If your payment is made through other payment option, it will take 24 - 48 hrs before your account with getemployedfast.com is activated.

Q: What happens when I apply online for a job that's posted on Getemployedfast.com?
A: Employers receive your CV/resume and Employment Application letter (if you included one) via email and also at their account with Getemployedfast.com. Please note that some Employers and Recruiters may not respond immediately to your resume submission.

Q: Do I need to have a Getemployedfast.com member account to apply for jobs?
A: Yes. It's fast and easy, and can be done as part of your first job application! Click Apply and fill out application, choose your plan and submit. Then you can complete your job application. Plus, you'll have access to all of Getemployedfast.com job search and career management tools (CV wizard).

Q: Why should I create a letter of Employment /cover letter?
A: A letter of Employment /cover letter lets you call attention to your unique skills or an unusual job history. You can also emphasize your work experience more concisely in a letter of Employment /cover letter.

Q: Why didn't I receive a response when I applied online?
A: Each company has its own method for evaluating resumes. A small company may send a personalized response indicating that your resume was received. Many larger companies have automated email replies. Some companies do not acknowledge the receipt of a resume unless they want to initiate the interview process.

Q: Can I apply for the same job more than once?
A: No. Once you've applied for a job, you won't be able to apply for that job again.

Q: What Internet browsers does Getemployedfast.com support?
A: Internet Explorer 7.0, 8.0 Firefox 3.0, 9.0, Oprah, Safari 4.0 and Mac. And cab be compatible with other browers.

Q: Why am I having problems accessing certain pages on the site ?
A: To maximize performance, Getemployedfast.com passes information to and from your computer on a regular basis. Some site features (e.g., account login, saving jobs) may not function correctly when there is Internet security or firewall software running on your computer. Your software (e.g., browser, pop-up blocker, firewall) will likely have settings that allow you to specify certain blocked information can be passed from our site. The settings to investigate are cookie blocking, ad blocking, and blocking of referrer information. For assistance, contact the support department for the software in question.
